As the CFO, Crystal leads the accounting and finance team at CCI.  Crystal is an entrepreneurial executive leader, with over 20 years’ experience working in various strategic leadership roles.  Throughout her career, Crystal has worked with high-growth, privately held companies across a multitude of industries, leveraging her experience in M&A and business optimization.  Crystal holds a CPA designation and an MBA, and maintains a focus on financial analysis to understand “what’s driving the numbers”, in order to add strategic value to an organization.
