What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design & Build: Get hands-on with innovative tools like hole openers and downhole drilling motors—your creations will be crucial to the success of our projects.
- Repair & Revive: Troubleshoot, repair, and restore equipment to peak condition. Every tool you fix plays a part in keeping operations running smoothly.
- Maintain Efficiency: Keep the shop and yard organized and tidy, ensuring tools and equipment are easily accessible and ready to go.
- Loading & Unloading: Help move and deliver tools, materials, and equipment as needed—an essential part of the operation.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with your team and supervisor, ensuring projects stay on track and everyone is working toward the same goal.
- Safety Focused: Complete safety training and adhere to all policies, ensuring you and your team stay safe while working with cutting-edge equipment.
- Hands-On Maintenance: Keep equipment in top shape with regular maintenance—your ability to quickly identify and fix issues will keep things running smoothly.
- Drive & Deliver: Occasionally, you’ll take the wheel of a pickup and trailer to transport equipment—helping the team move forward.
- On-Call Support: Join the on-call rotation to provide services when needed, ensuring operations continue smoothly around the clock.
- Take on New Challenges: Embrace new projects and tasks as they arise, always with a problem-solving mindset.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Previous experience with hole openers or downhole drilling motors is an asset, but we’re happy to provide training if you’re new to the field!
- Skills: Forklift experience is a plus, and a natural mechanical aptitude will make you shine.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- Experience in a Shop/Warehouse: If you’ve worked in a similar environment, that’s great—but enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are just as important!
- Prepared to Succeed: Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year
