Detailed Engineering

Our multi-disciplinary team develops complete engineering packages, including 2D designing for pipeline alignment sheets, tie-in plan and profiles, transition piece details, stopple layout details, material specifications, stress analysis, hydraulic calculations, permit application, and construction drawings. As-Built Documentation

We offer precise as-built drawings and documentation to reflect the final constructed state of your pipeline system. This ensures accurate records for regulatory submissions, operations, maintenance, and future modifications. 

Construction Services and Planning 

We offer construction manager roles which oversee the performance and activities of project work seamlessly. This ensures adherence to client and industry standards, specifications, codes, guidelines, standards, permits and licenses while protecting the client property. We support with contractor bid spreads, procurement and RFI support, engineer of record duties, field witness, regulatory applications and turnover package review. 

Tie-In Designs 

Working in close collaboration with CCI’s Trenchless and Geotechnical Engineering services groups, our team of pipeline engineers offer a full 360 approach to your trenchless replacement crossing. We engineer the tie-ins, ensuring fully compliant code stress checks are completed and constructability-lead designs. Where block valves are required upstream of major watercourse crossings, we can include the scope of design seamlessly into your replacement project.
